超声弹性成像在BI-RADS Ⅲ级乳腺病变中的诊断价值

目的探讨超声弹性成像对BI-RADSⅢ级乳腺病变的临床诊断价值.方法选择137例患者的156个BIRADSⅢ级病灶,同时行超声弹性成像检查,依据TES超声弹性成像评分标准行弹性评分.结果 156个乳腺病灶中,恶性病灶为7个(4.49%),良性病灶为149个(95.51%).弹性成像4,5分组(高风险组)恶性发病率为11.76%(4/34),与总发病率比较显著增高(P0.05),弹性成像1,2,3分组(低风险组)恶性发病率为2.46%(3/122).弹性成像的敏感性为57.14%,特异性为79.87%,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为11.76%和97.54%.结论超声弹性成像能够为BI-RADSⅢ级病灶提供额外的诊断信息,使检查者鉴别出需要立即行活检的高风险组患者,可提高乳腺恶性病变的检出率.     

罗曼蛋鸡血清蛋白多态性的研究

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了６５只商品代罗曼蛋鸡血清中蛋白质和酶的遗传多态性．结果显示,血清碱性磷酸酶（ＡＫＰ）存在ＦＦ和ＦＳ两种表型,其基因频率分别为３０．７７％和６９．２３％．乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）可分为５条同工酶区带,即ＬＤＨ１～ＬＤＨ５,其相对含量分别为（３４．６±３．２）％、（２９．８±２．５）％、（２６．２±２．１）％、（６．３±１．３）％和（３．１±０．９）％．血清中转铁蛋白（Ｔｆ）、白蛋白（Ａｌｂ）和前白蛋白（Ｐａ）均呈单态．     

Serum microRNA-155 as a potential biomarker for breast cancer screening

MicroRNAs(miRs) have been shown to be differentially expressed in the serum of cancer patients and controls,and can thus be used as biomarkers for cancer screening.We detected the expression level of miR-155 in the serum of female breast cancer patients and healthy controls to investigate whether serum miR-155 could discriminate patients with early-stage breast cancer.Serum samples were collected from 20 female patients with newly diagnosed breast cancer and 10 healthy controls.Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression level of miR-155.The expression level of miR-155 was significantly increased in the serum of breast cancer patients compared with in the serum of normal controls.MiR-155 may be useful as a blood-based biomarker for breast cancer screening.     

天然次生针阔混交林不同定株抚育强度下林木生长状况差异研究

在树种组成、郁闭度、林龄等林分条件相似的情况下,对天然次生针阔混交林进行定株抚育,设置5%、10%、15%、20%、25%等5种不同的定株抚育强度.结果表明:样地间林木胸径生长量之间显著性差异主要来源于抚育强度5%、10%及15%,当抚育强度大于15%时,进一步提高抚育强度并不能使林木胸径有显著性增长;提高抚育强度对于树高增长没有显著性促进作用;提高抚育强度能够提高林地林木增长量,但当抚育强度达到一定程度(15%)时候,继续提高抚育强度并不能使林木蓄积有显著性增长.     

绿茶提取物EGCG治疗乳腺癌分子机制的生物信息学分析

在PubChem数据库中查找绿茶提取物茶多酚(EGCG)活性靶蛋白,从Gene数据库中查找乳腺癌相关基因,运用Ingenuity Pathway Analysis(IPA)软件,构建二者信号通路和分子网络并进行分析.结果显示:二者共同作用的通路有235条,排在前面的主要是癌症分子机制通路、炎症反应通路、糖皮质激素受体信号通路、NF-κB信号通路;共同的分子网络有5个,也主要体现在"转录后修饰与调控,细胞生长、发育,DNA的复制、重组、修复,细胞死亡与生存"等生物学功能上.     

阶段用药抗柔嫩艾美耳球虫的效力

将 70只 10日龄公雏随机分成 7组 ,每组 10只。Ⅰ组为不感染不给药组 ,Ⅱ组为感染不给药组 ,Ⅲ组为中药 (5 g/kg饲料 )组 ,Ⅳ组为地克珠利 (1mg/kg饲料 )组 ,Ⅴ组为马杜拉霉素 (5mg/kg饲料 )组 ,Ⅵ组为阶段性运用地克珠利和中药组 ,Ⅶ组为阶段性运用马杜拉霉素和中药组。除Ⅰ组的鸡只外 ,其余全部试验鸡每只经嗉囊接种孢子化柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊 1 5× 10 5个。试验结果表明 :抗球虫指数 (ACI)由高到低依次为Ⅰ→Ⅵ→Ⅶ→Ⅳ→Ⅴ→Ⅲ→Ⅱ ,增重由大到小依次为Ⅰ→Ⅵ→Ⅶ→Ⅳ→Ⅲ→Ⅴ→Ⅱ ,表明阶段应用西药和中药预防球虫病不仅效果好 ,且能促进雏鸡生长 ,其中以阶段性运用地克珠利和中药组最好     

Sexual difference in gonadal development of embryonic chickens after treatment of polychlorinated biphenyls

Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) are ubiquitous, persistent and lipophilic environmental endocrine disrupters that can be biomagnified in human and animals including birds and thus to affect reproductive functions. Poultry meat and eggs contain a great deal of fat and possibly concentrate higher PCBs and other environmental contaminants such as dichlorodiphenyl-trichloroethane (DDT). In order to identify the adverse effects of PCBs and possible sexual difference on chicken gonadal development, Aroclor 1254 was injected into fertilized Hyline chicken eggs before incubation. Four groups of eggs received yolk injection of either peanut oil as control, 1, 10 or 100 mg/egg of Aroclor 1254 as treatment group, respectively. After hatching the gonads were removed for histological examination. Testicular structure was apparently changed and exhibited dramatic decrease in area of the transverse sections (1 mg/egg, P＜0.01; 10 and 100 mg/egg, P＜0.001), diameter (10 and 100 mg/egg, P＜0.05) and relative area of the testicular tubules (10 mg/egg, P＜0.05; 100 mg/egg, P＜0.01). Most testicular tubules of the highest dose group degenerated and even disappeared. The differentiation of germ cells was retarded in all groups treated with Aroclor 1254. Some germ cells were irregular in shape, with vacuolated cytoplasm and hyperchromatism nucleus (pyknosis) in 1 and 10 mg/egg groups and almost all germ cells in 100 mg/egg group. In contrast, the area of the left ovarian transverse sections increased dramatically (10 and 100 mg/egg,P＜0.001), the ovarian cortex manifested a significant increment in thickness (1, 10 and 100 mg/egg, P＜0.001) and a higher number of oocytes was observed (1, 10 and 100 mg/egg, P＜0.001) in the female chickens treated with Aroclor 1254 compared with the control group. A few oocytes with vacuolated cytoplasm and hyperchromatic nucleus were also observed in ovarian cortex after PCBs exposure. These results showed that PCBs interfered with gonadal development with a sex-specific pattern and retarded differentiation of spermatogonia into spermatocytes but accelerated differentiation of oogonia into oocytes in the embryonic chickens.     

独龙鸡种群遗传结构及遗传多样性初步研究

独龙鸡是一个古老的地方鸡种,其分类地位和系统地位还不明确.本研究用26对微卫星引物对独龙鸡群内遗传多样性进行检测,25个微卫星位点在独龙鸡中呈现丰富的多态性,共检测到90个等位基因,其中ADL0166位点的等位基因数8个,为最多;而ADL0112、LEI0166、MCW0067、ADL0268、MCW0294和MCW0078两个位点的等位基因数达9个,为最少,独龙鸡在MCW103和LEI094微卫星位点上有其特有的等位基因,它拥有其他鸡种所不具有的遗传基因,表明独龙鸡是我国一个新发现的独立鸡种.     

花椒鸡丁预调理食品标准化加工工艺研究

花椒鸡丁是四川特有的风味凉菜。由于配方及加工工艺不同,菜肴质量差异较大。对花椒鸡丁的标准化制作工艺、包装和保质期进行研究,结果表明,将原辅料定量、制定严格的工艺流程,就可初步实现标准化生产;产品不添加任何防腐剂,经沸水浴杀菌30 min后,在常温条件下,保质期可达5个月。该研究结果既表现了预调理食品的特点,满足了现代大中型食品企业的加工工艺要求,又达到了开发新型川味预调理菜肴的目的。     

新型酶响应型水凝胶合成及其在预防三阴性乳腺癌术后复发研究

 应用溶剂—反溶剂法制备舒尼替尼纳米粒,通过迈克尔加成反应将药物装载入水凝胶,即合成新型酶响应型舒尼替尼纳米粒水凝胶;通过扫描电镜、粒径分析、药物溶出率计算等方法对新材料进行鉴定和表征;进一步体内外功能试验评估该材料的抗肿瘤及防复发作用;最后对该材料进行初步安全性评价。实验结果表明,实现了酶响应型舒尼替尼纳米粒水凝胶的成功制备,舒尼替尼纳米粒在水凝胶中分布均匀,粒径约400 nm,稳定性能良好;新材料表现出优异的控缓释作用,在体外抑制肿瘤细胞及血管内皮细胞活性,在体内促进小鼠肿瘤细胞凋亡、阻抑肿瘤复发;局部给药过程中,小鼠耐受性良好,新材料无明显毒副作用。
